Receipts can only be issued for donation HK$100 or above.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion period starts from 2 January 2026 and will continue until all gifts are distributed.
  2. Gifts are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  3. All photos, and product specifications are for reference only and the details of the actual product shall prevail.​
  4. Gifts will be delivered to the mailing address provided within 7 to 10 working days after the donation is received.
  5. Failure to provide a valid mailing address will be deemed as forfeiture of the gift.
  6. Gifts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  7. The SPCA (Hong Kong) shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or damage incurred during the delivery process, and no replacement will be provided.
  8. All donations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  9. A gift will be offered upon making a one-off donation of HK$388 or above to the Year of the Horse Lunar New Year Campaign, or by signing up for a new monthly donation of HK$100 or above.
  10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the SPCA (HK) shall be final.
  11. The SPCA (HK) reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

We believe that maintaining a healthy green environment plays a vital role in animal welfare. Going environmental friendly has always been an important part of the mission and responsibility of the SPCA. E-receipts are now issued in place of paper receipts. You will receive a confirmation email with an e-receipt 5 minutes after you completed your online donation. Please check your mailbox.
